Elizabeth has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson companies in Strategic Planning, Process Excellence, Operations, and Information Management. Her experience prior to Johnson & Johnson includes Finance.
Her current role at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.
(JJHCS) is to anticipate macro trends and issues in health care. This includes creating new insight about emerging customer needs to assist colleagues in driving J&J’s industry leadership. She is a passionate advocate for an individual-centric focus in health care.
Her expertise has been recruited for a variety of industry task forces. Published results include three CEO Survival Guides for health care executives. She has been tapped to speak at national health policy conferences such as the 4th Annual World Health Care Congress and the 3rd Annual Consumer-Centric Healthcare Congress, both in 2007. In 2005, she received
JJHCS’ highest honor, the Chairman’s Award, for increasing J&J’s awareness of emerging health care trends and issues.
In an earlier role, Elizabeth was plant manager of one of the three Tylenol factories in the United States, responsible for producing 3-4 billion Tylenol tablets each year.
She earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from Excelsior College. She has completed additional post-graduate work in health policy, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
